The MEMS Board of Directors is gearing up for the 2024 edition of the Mississippi EMS EXPO. The conference will be held October 14 through October 16, 2024 at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino.

We are confident that the total package of our conference affords our business partners wth superior benefits. MEMS is an organization comprised of ambulance companies, thus our vendors are afforded the chance to meet with key decision-makers who have purchasing authority. Foot traffic through the vendor area is maximized by having participants go through the vendor area to and from the educational classes.

The Conference Facility

The conference center consists of several ballrooms that will be divided into the vendor/exhibitors area and classroom space. Ingress to and egress from the classroom setting will be through the vendor / exhibitors area.  Basic amenities for all levels of sponsorship include the following:


Golden Nugget will not handle any shipping or receiving requests. If you need to ship something, please ship it to yourself as a guest of the hotel and ensure that the package arrives no more than one day prior to your arrival.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Level Sponsor (Two Available) - $4,500.  

Includes the following:

Premium corporate logo placement on conference t-shirt
Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor on all printed and electronic media
Sponsor of one evening festivities
Three tables with chairs at vendor space
Prime location in exhibit area
Six conference registrations including meals and social events

Camera Ready art in a vector format such as .ai or .eps must be received by MEMS no later than 8/31/24 to be used in the tshirt, electronic media, and program.

 

 

Gold Sponsor - (Six Available) - $2,250 

Includes the following:

Corporate logo placement on back of conference t-shirt
Recognition as a Gold Sponsor on all printed and electronic media
Combined sponsor of one conference meal break
Double sized vendor space
Preferred location in exhibit area
Four conference registrations including meals and social events

Includes the following:

Exhibitor $600

Includes the following:
Recognition as a vendor on all printed media
Single sized vendor space

 

Registration Bag Inserts - $100 in addition to vendor booth fee.  Have your company promotional items inserted into conference bags prior to registration.

 

 

AV Sponsor - $800 in addition to vendor booth fee. 

Sole sponsor of all audio/visual equipment used at the conference.  Logo displayed throughout hall and classrooms as the sole technical sponsor of  the conference.

Cadaver Lab Product Sponsorship - $1000

Logo and products displayed on table in cadaver lab, and exclusive use of company product during cadaver lab training sessions.

Additional Information

If you are a paid sponsor or vendor and have a vehicle or trailer that you desire to display, please let us know of the dimensions so that we can block off appropriate space in the parking lot adjacent to the convention center.

Vendor Space is Limited. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Payment or purchase order must be received prior to the start of the conference to reserve your vendor space.
